Fiery Coconut Curry 🔥

Whether you're a seasoned spice enthusiast or just starting your spice adventure, our curry is designed to go from pantry to table in 30 minutes or less. Choose your adventure by kicking the heat up with more Assam, or temper the heat with a dollop of whole-fat yogurt to cool things down.


  • 2 TBS Clark + Hopkins Assam
  • 1 Can coconut milk
  • 1 LB chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • [Optional] Yogurt, herbs, lemon


  • Dice the onion and mince the garlic
  • Sauté the onion over medium heat until just translucent
  • Meanwhile, slice the chicken into 1 inch pieces, and add to the pan, cooking 2-3 minutes per side
  • Add garlic, Assam hot sauce, coconut milk, and chicken and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat
  • Reduce for 10 minutes or until desired consistency
  • [Optional] Top with yogurt, sour cream, herbs, a squeeze of lemon, or our personal favorite, MORE ASSAM ✨
